use browser from computer,clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

To Login Page

go to profile and reset by yourself

Just login to My Account, go to the Profile page, click PIN under My Security Info box, then follow the steps after

@Timer Usually, if the OP chooses the wrong solution, obviously, in this case, a solution cannot be a question to OP, then normally the person receiving the solution will alert OP that the solution picked is incorrect. Solutions are also meant to help others who may read the thread in the future for a similar issue.

but my point no one of us can picked solution, just by OP or that person computergeek541 from
Oracle team will be coming to remove it and picked which is favorite.
