People are unable to leave me a voice message. They get a recorded message that tells them to put in some code and then asks what language they want to use????????

Is this an iphone or Android? Some of the voicemail access numbers are being changed.

How To Use Voicemail Features (publicmobile.ca)

check your device Voicemail Access Numbers - (publicmobile.ca)

and rebooting device.
