When you suspend your account for a few months of the year how does that affect loyalty rewards?

@Diamonddog hi you will not receve any rewards while in suspended mode sorry,also after 90 days suspended your account closes permanently

suspend account no rewards, until you pay back to getting service Active.then the rewards will be back in your account.

@Diamonddog if it is a few months , over 60 days, it will affect your Loyalty rewards:

If your account is in a suspended state for more than 60 days in a year, your Loyalty Reward will be delayed by the amount of days your account was suspended.

Ok thanks. I already have 2 dollars of in loyalty rewards, but this year I have had to suspend my account for 2 months. Do you need to have an active account for 12 consecutive months to get another loyalty reward? Or is it just 12 months no matter how much you suspend your account as long as you renew before 3 months.

Loyalty rewards will be delayed meaning you will 'extend' your 'year' of service.

To my best knowledge delay become active after 60 days of suspension.
