      <title>Cant text to other networks</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I switched from PC Mobile to Public Mobile three weeks ago. I can only send and receive texts to people on the Telus Network. I cannot receive or sent texts to people on Bell, Virgin, etc. I can make phone call to t&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/250138"&gt;@jfstahl&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you ported over to PM from PC,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did you reply to the text confirming you are porting over to PM with the PC SIM in your phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is the most important step in the porting process and you have 90 minutes to reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you missed this step then you need to contact a CS_Agent to complete the porting on this Community page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you did this step, reboot your phone by powering it off.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
