      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I have had no service since the 16 th,I have been in contact and the issue is with them not me!!!I am shocked that this can go on!!!!Just keep getting asked to wait....What recourse is available.I will be putting in a complaint with crtc!!!Its embarrassing people are saying I did not pay my bill!!!&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
