      <description>&lt;P&gt;but the system won't allow me to use my Visa cc or my Visa Debit. I've entered in all info correctly and it's still telling me I entered incorrect info. I'm trying to port of my current provider and I'd like this done before the promos end.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
