      <description>&lt;P&gt;What messages are you getting? Was your card charged and what is showing in your self serve, payment recorded and active? What phone do you have?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/250045"&gt;@anhelinam&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;what kind of phone do you have?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do you have any&amp;nbsp; error message on your phone status on top? do you see something like "SIM not provisioned", "No Network", "No SIM"?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It could be just a sim provisioning problem and it is an easy fix for PM Support, you just need to open a ticket with PM Support and they can fix it quickly.&amp;nbsp; to open ticket with PM Support:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.
