If so, make sure you restart your phone with the public mobile sim card inside.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A reset of the device's network settings is also not a bad idea after changing providers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you ported a number over, did you receive and say YES the SMS text from your old provider (if it was a mobile one?)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
