      <description>&lt;P&gt;I put my sim card into my samsung s4 phone but it shows at top of screen simm card unregistered. It is a new simm card registered and paid for&amp;nbsp; New public mobile account&amp;nbsp; plan paid for. Any help would be appreciated,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the sim card works in another phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/56243"&gt;@67Firebird&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, perhaps this phone is locked to its previous provider..contact them to unlock it for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes removing, and reinserting your sim card may help with this message if it is just not seated properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may want to check also, just to make sure, that your phone is not listed as blacked here :&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/" target="_blank"&gt;Check the Status of Your Device in Canada | DeviceCheck.ca&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
