      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a 90 day plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It has expired.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to change to a 30 day plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have 70 dollars of credit.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I do this.&amp;nbsp; It does not let me change plans.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/16361"&gt;@will13am&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I think you're confusing the "Expired".&amp;nbsp; In this case, I believe&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/32643"&gt;@doberman&lt;/a&gt; means suspended, meaning as&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/16862"&gt;@xCameron94x&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;points out, means you cannot change the plan thorugh self-serve but need to contact the moderator team for assistance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EDIT:&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/32643"&gt;@doberman&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;please &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;use this link to send the moderator team a private message&lt;/A&gt; with your phone number and the details of the plan selection and they can assist you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
