$2 discount for the autopay is missing! I am paying full amount every month, unfair!

When did you sign up? If after late January then you're not eligible.

@ravisaluru hi if you opened an account after late january this year ,there is no longer a 2 dollar autopay reward

Your community start date is Feb. 12, 2022. If you activated a sim card around the same time you created a community account then this was after January 25, 2022. This is the date when the $2 Autopay reward stopped happening on new activations...or those customers who opted in to Public Points.

@ravisaluru , this is the new reward system where you earn points instead of $. Points can be converted to $.

if on new rewards points Login Page Rewards no $2 discount, Public Points Rewards (publicmobile.ca)

for old rewards you will getting $2 discount on autopayment.

Log into your rewards account with the same login credentials as your self serve account. You will see your welcome gift of 5 points along with the 5% back you have earned on all of your purchases (plan payments etc...) since you joined public mobile. "Get Back" points (5%) replaced the $2 autopay reward.
