      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I couldn't use my data and recieved a text that I used all my data. HOWEVER,&amp;nbsp; I still have 2GB of data on my account. What should I do ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/48887"&gt;@mustafa85&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You might have used up all your data already.&amp;nbsp; Yes, you might see you still have the 2GB, but it could be just a cached version of the page.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please try to use Incognito mode or try on a completely different browser (Edge/Firefox/Chrome) and login to My Account again, this will make sure you get the latest usage from the server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know if you still see the 2GB, if so, there could be more investigation you can do&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
