If not , you can try to test it on another phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if you are sure yours is broken and need a replacement or you need one for new activation,&amp;nbsp; please pickup one from Telus or Koodo store around you.&amp;nbsp; Do not order from PM online as it could take 1 to 3 weeks for delivery&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is just a replacement, after you have the sim card, just login to My account and request Change Sim card&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
