    <description>&lt;P&gt;thanks for this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it is an old iphone that i have had for years. was originally with rogers, then went to chatr. Chatr sim card worked so and i am sure is unlocked the phone quite some time ago.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;who would i need to ask to unlock? Apple or chatr?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I registered and requested phone number transfer from chatr to public mobile 4 days ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;public mobile confirmed the transfer but my phone tells me that the sim card i installed is no supported under the activation policy that is currently assigned by the activation server.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like an iphone and sounds like it's locked to a previous provider. You'll need to contact them to get it unlocked through to the Apple servers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
