    <description>&lt;P&gt;How long ago did they last pay? Did they transfer their number out?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If more than 120 days since the last payment or they transferred out then the sim is dead.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/20470"&gt;@krissy24&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sim card can only be activated once.&amp;nbsp; If the sim card was activated and the plan is now permanently closed, the sim card will be useless now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To join PM again, you will need to get a new sim card from Telus or Koodo store.&amp;nbsp; Once you have the new sim card, you can then activate online yourself at&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://activate.publicmobile.ca/" target="_blank"&gt;https://activate.publicmobile.ca/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If service has been discontinued at one point in time (number lost or transferred to another provider) your old SIM is not good anymore. You can discard it or recycle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You would need new SIM and to open brand new account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
