      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/249683"&gt;@Edward7&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- some more details would be helpful, like are you new to public mobile (is this a new activation)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you an existing customer that all of a sudden started having issues?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you changed phones lately since this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;turning off your phone&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;remove the sim card&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;if you have another compatible phone around insert it into that phone, does all texting work?
