If &lt;FONT color="#000080"&gt;so&lt;/FONT&gt;, maybe those funds you added were used to renew your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you check your payment history&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/249542"&gt;@Virgo&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;to see what transpired? Note, though, the taxes does not show up on your My Account details, but it will be billed ultimately to your card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000080"&gt;edit, added missing word&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you previously have $5? Plus 40. Minus 40 to renew. Balance $5. Or maybe you had $5 in rewards? Or $5 from referring or being referred? Maybe provide an image of your payment history from here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
