      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/53625"&gt;@Hunter2004&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;No prorated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unused days and data will be forfeited,&amp;nbsp; no partial refund&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best to schedule plan change on next renewal date.&amp;nbsp; Also, if you make plan change early, they won't apply tjr regular reward this one partial time.&amp;nbsp; The rewards will resume in the next renewal after&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No. If you change plan in the middle of cycle, you will not get difference (refund) back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Schedule plan change on next renewal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
