My plan says that I’ve used all of my data, however on my account I still have some left , as well as a full 1 g as part of an add on. How do I access this data?

As long as you have data somewhere in your acct...it'll continue to work when your regular plan data runs out.

Log in to your account to see what data is <STRIKE>avaiulable. </STRIKE>available.<STRIKE>
</STRIKE>

I would assume the same. On my account it says I have data, however I’ve received the texts telling me I’ve used 100% and my data has been shut off, however in my account I still have data available.

Additionally, there could be a data limiter turn on which stops data from being used altogether if you reached this limit.

So check these settings to adjust or turn off.

My data saver /low data mode is not turned on. I’ve reset my device and still have no luck 😞 I would happily go by what my account says however I can’t use any data, so I’m limited to wifi - messages won’t even go through . I’m annoyed that I bought an added GB for 15 dollars that I can’t access at this point, especially as I’m driving across the country and would love some data ! Haha
