Private message to public mobile

Advised yesterday by Oana to secure my account ( did so following steps given) then she’d be able to review my account if I sent a private message to PM, no idea how to do that. Looked up private messages but no help. Really want someone to check I haven’t paid twice, thanks!

Otherwise, if Oana sent you a message, you can hit the reply (bottom right of message box) to her message too?

Watch for envelope in top right corner of Community page. It will show Number of unread emails.

Advised me to send a private message to access my account. Her message stated “ no reply”” !

Private messaging can be done on the envelope icon above this page.

You may get another CS_Agent other than Onana but someone will get back to you. Just keep your eyes on the envelope.
