@hetviparikh245 Make sure you are using a O or a 0 they can look the same or an S or 5 can get mixed up also

If you've finished the activation and all is working then contact the support people to have the code applied once you are certain it's the right one with the right letters/numbers.

Just double check the code. Once you confirm the code, you just send a message to a CSAgent to apply the code.

good point as mentioned @dust2dust if you finished the activation

then contact support team by private message CS_Agent to add it.
