How long will 3G be available and how slow is it, anyone?

Please note one thing, you have signed up for a 3G speed plan, but you can use LTE.

What it means is, your data can use LTE with a capped speed of 3Mpbs

But you can change it to 3G Only for your data and it will run at much as 12 - 15 Mpbs (faster speed but higher latency)

For voice, it will have to use 3G network as PM does not have VoLTE, but you don't have to do anything. You phone will switch to the proper network for voice

I've been told that unless you like to stream video regularly the 3G is fine. I have been on a 3G plan for 3 years and never had any problems with the videos I watch. Try the 3G and you can always upgrade later. Enjoy the savings!

My friends and I have been using 3G for more than 1 year and no issues.

We don’t stream movies and only watch YouTube vlogs.
