I paid for a US add on. Made one call in the US and an unexplained charge of $5.95 showed up on my bill. Anybody know why?

PM is prepaid, so, there won't be any unexpected charges.
do you mind to post of screenshot from Payment History on My Account for the charge?

If you bought US add-on then price (+tax) will appear on your credit card and transaction can be seen through your PM account.

PM will not charge you extra for calls or any other service.

@Chino548 Where did this charge appear? If on your CC, does it list the name of the company who the payment was made to?

the charge is showing in your credit card for public mobile, do you can check your Plan & Add-ons how many Add-ons is showing there maybe you purchase more add-ons, and you don't know.

What bill? $5.95 does not come out to any even dollar before tax. Other than 1 plan, there are no uneven charges here and that plan is much more than 5.95.
