    <description>&lt;P&gt;Very rarely PM charges customer twice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It could be something on your side: plan change? Manual payment? Clicked twice while paying?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can always ask for refund but if money is on your PM account it is simple to leave them there to be used at next renewal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/249328"&gt;@Jessica6&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you try to make any plan change or if you manually pay and accidentally clicked twice?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First check&amp;nbsp; My Account's Payment history page and see if it shows there were two transactions of $40 and $46.&amp;nbsp; Also check if one of these charges now sitting as Available Fund.&amp;nbsp; If it is , you can choose to leave it there for next renewal&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if you want to check for a possible refund, open ticket with PM CS agent&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To open a ticket with PM CS Agent at : &lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot" target="_blank"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot&lt;/A&gt;.
