How do I send the referral code for my friend to use?

The six digit code is not working for her when submitting it on the activation page.

Be sure of the 0's and O's or 1's and l's or 5's or S's.

HI @MellyMelMac ask your friend to try again using Incognito mode

also, email her the copy by copy and pasting and ask your friend to copy and paste in the box. Just make sure no space before and after

@hTideGnow- That made for a test. Spaces get stripped automatically either typed in or pasted. Thanks for the test idea.

This is key, copy and paste gets around that, and unfortunately some codes can be confusing as they zeroes and Os etc, not really well thought out. If you are still having trouble and not getting the cha ching text from PM or he hasn't received the 10 credit you can connect with a CSA to sort it out and they should be able to manually add it for you.
