      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/249157"&gt;@WilliamBrisley&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;do you have 2FA disabled for logging into My Account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your phone line is still active, enable 2FA back for My Account login.&amp;nbsp; Then logout and log back in to My Account, choose SMS to receive the security code.&amp;nbsp; If you logged into My Account with the 2FA enabled, updating credit card will not ask you to get the code again.&amp;nbsp; I hope this helps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(but this won't work if your account is currently suspended as your phone won't be receiving sms)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
