I can appreciate that you like the idea of the feature, but most people don't. And even if someone does like this feature, you need to think about your callers. When someone calls you and hears music instead of ringing, they are going to think that you already answered and started playing the "hello, hello, can you hear me?" game and then hang up when you don't respond. I know that this type of feature is often preceeded by a informational message played back to callers so that they know what's going on, but most people will find this feature an annoyance.
