Do not cancel any as of yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contact agent, explain situation and see how they can help you out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If ticketing does not work very first time&lt;/STRONG&gt;, contact agent directly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Here&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Watch for envelope in top right corner.       <description>&lt;P&gt;starting from this Monday and Tuesday , I received calls from italkbb (my old company )for the old phone number transferring process(public company’s applying and &amp;nbsp;italkbb’s agreement), but this morning they told me that public company canceled the transferring. I called italkbb and was told I should contact with public, but I couldn’t connect with any agent. I am thinking about if I have to stop &amp;nbsp;transferring without any help!&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;What can I do for the next?Please who can help me out of the trouble now?
