      <title>Roaming not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I added a roaming add on 3 days ago. It keeps telling me, "no service". in the past it has worked for me, but now it doesn't. I have turned my phone off an on again. It gives me 1 bar on T-Mobile then it disappears and show no service. How can I get a refund for my roaming add on that doesn't work?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Most likely you will get less and less service in US due to shutdown of 3G network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It does not hurt to ask for refund due to no service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If ticketing does not work very first time&lt;/STRONG&gt;, contact agent directly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Here&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Watch for envelope in top right corner. It will show Number of unread emails.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/170770"&gt;@rcmoodyx3&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;you can definitely ask for a refund or a reverse of the transaction and leave the money in the account for future usage&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But first, which addon you have?&amp;nbsp; &lt;STRONG&gt;If it is just data or Data + Text (no voice)&lt;/STRONG&gt;, you can try to manually connect to AT&amp;amp;T as well&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;But if voice is part of the add-on&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp; , you have to manually connect to T-Mobile and try to use it 2G +LTE network for voice and data&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, which state and city you are in?&amp;nbsp; You can try again in a different part of the city and see if it connects to T-Mobile&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that still does not work and you are going with the refund, please open ticket with PM support:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.
