Is it a Canada or US issued card using a Canada or US billing address?

which credit card you use? Edit: if you use american express
in front of your card top up right side has small 4 digit use them.
use in CVV

accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Visa Debit cards that have been issued by Canadian or American.

Are you using a Canadian or American issued credit card? Or a debit/visa or debit/MasterCard? If it's an international credit card public mobile doesn't accept them.
