      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it possible that the contact email address in your account is not the same as your username? Changing the username does not change the email address on the account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To change the contact email address on the account, you will need to send a private message to the Moderator Team.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
