I am not receiving any password reset emails. Frustrating.

Unfortunately you will need moderator assistance. Click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number and an explanation.

Watch for the reply as account resets are time sensitive.

Is it possible that the contact email address in your account is not the same as your username? Changing the username does not change the email address on the account.

To change the contact email address on the account, you will need to send a private message to the Moderator Team.

This password reset feature is really hit and miss, nothing to do with wrong email address.
