    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/137393"&gt;@l2008r&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;PM is a Tier 3 provider and provide very minimum service as no-frills price&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some Tier 2 or Tier 1 provider (like Telus or Koodo) do have such service but with a added cost.&amp;nbsp; Also, that still cannot fully eliminate the issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And the type of CRTC/DHL calls are liking a trick of Caller ID spoofing.&amp;nbsp; Even those Tier 2&amp;nbsp; or Tier 1 service might not eliminate those calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;received spam calls from time to time. these spam calls were from overseas, in the name of DHL,etc. CRTC asked the service providers to filter these calls. but Pubic mobile doesn't have such capability. why?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/137393"&gt;@l2008r&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Unfortunately PM only provide very basic services&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You best bet in such situation is to use the features provided on your phone.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Both Android and iPhone have feature like&amp;nbsp; Silence Unknow Callers.&amp;nbsp; However, to use that effectively without missing important calls, you have to keep your contact lists up to date&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You cannot expect that from PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just ignore them, there is no other way...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't think PM can offer such a feature considering there aren't really as big as the Big 3's sister companies. However, if you are using an android phone, consider downloading '&lt;SPAN&gt;Phone by Google' from the Play Store. The app shows which numbers are suspected spam, which is the main reason I downloaded it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
