Try doing a hard reboot by pressing the up volume button then the volume down button and finally press and hold the power button until you see the Apple logo.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that didn't work then contact a CS_Agent for an exchange or refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Luckily you are within the 30 days so you can just return for a refund and not have to jump through the hoops of the warranty and repairs etc. So get on that right away so you don't miss any deadlines.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
