    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/241713"&gt;@white_rock&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;What was the exact error?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is error 821 or 837 and you requested porting, make sure PM has not got the money from your credit card yet&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then when you activate, use Account # of your old provider instead of IMEI number.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;IMEI for porting could cause different errors&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Of course, if there is other errors, kindly share.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
