The account PIN can be changed inside your Self Serve account. To change your e-mail address login for the Self Serve account, a ticket needs to be opened by going to: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

to change email and set new password and change 4 digit PIN.

I just realized I haven't needed my PIN even once. I know it will be one of 3 or 4 PINs but don't want to get locked out, so will just knock on wood and hope I never need it 😕

If'n you ever want to pay using your on-file cc via dialing 611...you'll need pin number.

Good idea to have it written down somewhere handy.

Do you have 3 opportunities before it locks you out?

Luckily I have never had to use 611 for payment but knowing my luck I will soon lol

EZ to set up a new one. Log in to your acct / Profile / PIN / Enter new 4digit PIN / Reset PIN.

Just did it, figured they would ask for the old one but they just send you a 6 digit security code to verify it, so we are good now lol
