Hi, I'm just trying to change the secondary number on my account but can't the city in my mailing address is available on the drop-down list.

City is not important. Pick any close by. Address is just to have something on file.

The secondary number isn't a req'd item. If you'd rather...just leave it blank as I have.

@KroaYurk - it sounds like you may be at the "Change Phone Number" section, not the 'Alternative Phone Number' area.

If you do want to change or add the 'Alternative Phone Number' on your account, go to the Edit Account Info green button and you will see the place to update/remove it there.
