Plan upgrade?

I'm not the smartest guy around but you'd think I could get to the 4g plan without help ut no....

I wanted to upgrade to the 41 $ plan and I find the app to be less than intuitive for me at least.

Do I have to cancel my existing plan first?

How do I upgrade?

@oldslow hi when you go to change plans use the down arrow far right to scroll down then you have option to change now or at next renewal

Log in to your account / Plan and Add-ons ...Change My Plan...look to the right for the down arrow. Click until you find your plan.

Hi @oldslow just go to My Account, go to Plan and add-ons page, there is a button to Change plan. When you are there , they will give you a list of the plan, from cheapest to expensive, make sure you click the yellow arrow to browse through

Also, pick "Change plan now" or "Change on the next renewal date" as you need

And therein lies my issue...after hitting the down arrow I get only 2 options. The plan I have and a lower plan...

Hi @oldslow it could be just problem with browser cache. Try using Incognito mode, or clear cache and relaunch, or try other browsers like Edge or Firefox
