    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi I have spent an hour trying to submit a ticket.&amp;nbsp; it says my phone number is not valid even though I am logged in I had an issue with vouchers and I need to get it resolved by tonight. can you help me please so I can submit a ticket it will not validate via text or by logging into my account&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You must wait one hour before your next two attempts....its easier to add them thru 611.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
