    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/197030"&gt;@istrivial&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile (like all other prepaid providers) doesn't normally issue refunds or pro-rates on unused plans.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And if you've completed a mobile number port then your previous subscription (your Public Mobile Self-Serve account) would automatically be terminated as part of the process. Any available funds, available minutes/data, unused add-ons/promos, and rewards/points attached to the account would be permanently lost. The SIM card would also be permanently deactivated.       <description>&lt;P&gt;You cannot get money back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you ported out your number, your PM account is immediately closed and everything related to account (rewards, add-ons, extra $) forfeited.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately as people have said it's prepaid and you will not get those funds back.&amp;nbsp; PM has never had that option,&amp;nbsp; although they used to let people send surplus balances to other PM accounts but they don't even allow that anymore.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
