Changing plans - losing data

Hi,

My sister has the $40.00 package that offered the extra 2GB of data at the time as a promotion She is looking at upgrading her package for going on vacation and going back to her original package when she gets back home. She is wondering if she will lose the extra 2GB of data when she renews.

@rogercrewe hi yes she will lose the 2 gig promo when she changes plans , maybe it would be worth it to buy a 1 gig addon if she needs it

If you have promo offered with certain plan (sign now, get X GB for Y months, if you change plans you will lose that promo.

Be aware that other (Christmas) bonuses, loyalty reward, add-ons are tied with account not Plan so those will not be lost.

your sister use this promo code 2GBBONUS, or other promo for 6 or 12 month then will losing this promo,when you change plan,

anything else rewards and promo gift will be keep it in account as is,
