      <title>System won't let me update my card</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please help!!! For three days now I've been trying to put information for my new credit card into the system. My old card is expired so my phone plan has expired. The new card is activated. Every time I try it just says "oops! Something went wrong, try again later." I'm travelling right now and I really need cell service!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Stop at Shell Gas or Walmart and get payment vouchers...then dial 611 to add them to your acct.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Deal with cc when you get home on a laptop.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try different browser and use computer (not phone) to update CC info. Clean cookies and cache.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If everything fails again, contact agent. Maybe you triggered CC fraud lock and are not able to to update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If ticketing does not work very first time&lt;/STRONG&gt;, contact agent directly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Here&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Watch for envelope in top right corner. It will show Number of unread emails.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
