      <title>Two charges on my monthly bill?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I looked at my credit card statement and I have two charges from Public Mobile, one is my usual monthly amount, the other is a charge titled:&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;SP PUBLIC MOBILE for $11.20. I did purchase a US roaming add-on earlier this month, but that charge of $16.80 already appeared on my bill, so I don't know what this SP charge is. Can someone tell me how to have it removed?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
