    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi. thanks for your reply. yes I am out of minutes. that is why i bought the add on. i restarted my phone as you said, and it worked! but i tried that a few times yesterday and it didnt work, so maybe it takes quite a bit of time. either way, thank you very much&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I added Canada wide talk booster 500 and it isnt showing up in my account as an add on. I have a receipt for it so I know I paid for it. I assumed this would give me 500 Canada wide minutes. Was I mistaken? Thanks for any help I can get.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Reboot your phone and make a phone call. Does it connect? If so then you if cannot see the add on in your account its due to a glitch currently affecting some users accounts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
