      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does public mobile have an email address I can email them to tell them that my credit card got cancelled and the new one is in the mail. So they know why my automatic payment wont go through but not to worry I will be getting my new credit card..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Only way to contact PM staff - agent is through ticket or personal mail at Community.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your renewal is getting close and you are not able to update your CC info, be ready for your account to be suspended due to no payment. To prevent suspension (nothing bad, just no service until you pay the bill before 90th day of suspension) try to add money to your account using voucher.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no need to let agent know your CC is cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If ticketing does not work very first time&lt;/STRONG&gt;, contact agent directly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Here&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Watch for envelope in top right corner.       <description>&lt;P&gt;If your card still isn't here by the renewal date, you could use a visa debit, or a prepaid visa or buy vouchers as suggested to make sure you get your renewal through&lt;/P&gt;</description>
