Unfortunately, you can't customize your phone number.

@mamcgirr hi sorry there is no option here to get a custom phone number all you can do is keep refrehing avaliable numbers until you see one you like. @Lux @Timer the op was looking for a custom phone number not customer service

i did my frist post i say it ( no option to get a custom phone number ) but when i see the put it ( Labels: Service )

then i change to maybe the OP mean for customer support phone number. anyway for next time.

What is actually your question???

Customer support number - does not exist and you cannot have it

Custom phone number (like 647-789-1234) - you cannot customize phone number and have to accept whatever PM is currently offering for your area code or bring your number from old provider (if you are porting).

you can acquire and number "you like" from other carriers ... even free numbers or a voip account like voip.ms

may cost a few bucks to get the number and a minimal fee per month

then port it to Public Mobile.
