      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/248179"&gt;@Terri2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;What kind of new phone do you have?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;there was another post long time ago about this , but more to do with an older type of phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Get-Support/Stuck-at-quot-SIM-CARD-UPDATING-quot-message/td-p/300617" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Get-Support/Stuck-at-quot-SIM-CARD-UPDATING-quot-message/td-p/300617&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to put your Sim card in another phone if possible, your old phone, maybe&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, have you request changing sim card yet on our My Account?&amp;nbsp; If you still have your old sim card, you can in fact put your old sim card into this new phone and leave the new sim card aside for use in the future&lt;/P&gt;</description>
