      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have tracking or order number you can ask agent for clarification. But SIMs should arrive within 3 weeks unless somebody took them...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If ticketing does not work very first time&lt;/STRONG&gt;, contact agent directly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Here&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Watch for envelope in top right corner. It will show Number of unread emails.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It is close to 6 weeks now…normally takes 3 weeks to arrive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contact a CS_Agent by typing in Create a Ticket on SIMon Chatbot at the bottom of the page or private message them on the envelope icon on top of the page.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can go into most London Drugs for in person support if you are sick of doing it online/ are confused.... that is what i did&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
