@Tmeister2488 First use the down arrow top right of your post and delete your tel. number as you're posting on a public forum.

Are you trying to port in or port out your number. A few more details would be helpful.

Interestingly, it's a Telus Mobility # but the Koodo checker does not recognize it. Nor does the toll free account check. So it's either deactivated or the customer wants to port in.
