@Mitch15 The site is is having issues renewing clear your cache and cookies or try a different browser and incognito mode see if that helps clear up your issue also reboot your phone or try a different device if one is available to sign in

HI @Mitch15 It could be just local cache/cookies problem. Many reported the same thing. But using Incognito mode, ore clear cache or try on another browser will usually works and it will show the correct info

Try to refresh few times or use different browser. Clean cookies.
