And that snapshot information seems to be incorrect so do as softech says to download the info. for complete detail (except 6-12 hours most recently).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But, the summary in your overview section of your My Account is the most accurate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may be able to check where your used your data on the settings of your device. See if you have a setting under Connections, Data Usage on your phone. Then check 'Mobile data usage'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Depends on phone model of course though.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;edit&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/248080"&gt;@amp1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Try again with Incognito mode or a different browser.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, when you are at Usage History page, there is a link to download it in Excel format.&amp;nbsp; Try that as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/248080"&gt;@amp1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The message on your phone is not accurate but it could be the app on your phone that is on a monthly cycle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM is on a 30 days cycle so it won’t match up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Login to your account and on the main page, it will show your up to date data usage.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
